This plugin supports whitelisting state/territory designators, allowed senders, reaction receipt, and authenticated NTFY posting.
This plugin supports the following:
* whitelisting regions, or allowing all regions.
* allowed senders per region, or all regions.
* reaction receipt upon successful creation of posts.
* Different users and WPJson endpoints per region.
