This plugin supports the following:

* whitelisting regions, or allowing all regions.
* allowed senders per region, or all regions.
* reaction receipt upon successful POST to NTFY.
* authenticated NTFY POSTing.
* Different NTFY endpoint, topic, and authentication per region.
